I’m trying to set up Chef Mickey’s on our family day at MK, but the drop down option does not give me chef mickey’s. Is it because Chef Mickey’s is a bit of a walk from MK?

In your touring plan? I would just add it as a break.

The touring plans will only show you restaurants inside the parks.
Chef Mickey’s is at the Contemporary Resort, which is a 10 minute walk from the MK gates.
As @PrincipalTinker said, just add a break for 2 hrs and put a note on it.
