SenoraG’s last solo AP hurrah

There are definitely difference. Loungefly ears tend to be more comfortable to me. And recent ears in general seem more comfortable. I have some old ears that are stupid tight and uncomfortable.

Interesting. I have a pair that are really heavy. Beautiful, but they hurt!

What? You’re wondering where I am? Silly Liners, I’m at the pool, where you will always find me in the afternoon!

BatB was fine, I guess. I’m a singer, actress, and have done my share of musical theatre (before I got into opera!) so it was a let down that basically all the music is canned, including the vocals. Some nice ballet from the witch, and nice costuming and choreography, but it’s not a new favorite.

It was just so hot and crowded, I left after the show. The ASSports front desk was kind enough to move me to a room away from the groups, hoping for a better night’s sleep tonight!

They have always been amazing. I think the values sometimes have better CMs than other resorts.

You were in opera? I have a kid who’s interested in opera. I’ve no idea if she has the talent to make it, but she loves the opera. I assume it’s very competitive

I guess I think heavy is different than uncomfortable. Loungefly ears seem to have more padding and are bigger. Or it may be my imagination and me trying to justify the higher cost. :joy:

Your child is crazy talented.

Yes, the Met auditions are extremely competitive. I just did chorus and bit parts in college, now I sing oratorio music (sang Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass on Sunday,) just enough solo work to keep me challenged and out of trouble, about 3x a year.

I don’t disagree, but they dig into my head behind my ears. They are unusually heavy, and I should check out other LF ones just to see if they’re better.

All cleaned up and headed to Epcot. Can’t resist a photo in front of a green wall when your name is Kelly!

I have the same problem with ears. They are comfortable on top. Its where they stop right behind my ears they dig in. I have to slide it back (where the ear part falls forward) for them to be a little comfortable. But then they feel like they are falling off. I notice this with my last 2 pair of ears. I’m hesitant to buy more.
I may consider lounge fly ones if that is eliminated.

Im wearing the same shirt today!

(Yes, I go to work looking rough sometimes, lol. Too hot for makeup and too humid for nice hair)
You however are looking FRESH :sunglasses: That’s a great shade on you.

I have the same problem with heavy ears, especially since I wear glasses. You can usually find me with a pair of ears for kids from Etsy on. They are shorter and don’t hurt.
