What rides at AK give you a pass and time to come back if you are on a scooter?
None. I don’t believe a scooter/wheel chair qualifies for a DAS return time, because all attractions have accessible queues, or alternate entrances.

Correct. Mobility disabilities do not qualify for the DAS on their own. 95% of ride lines are accessible at WDW. And the few that are not just have you go to a different entrance. I don’t think there are any like that AK though.
(We have both a DAS and a wheelchair for our son, but I’ve never had to use an alternate entrance at AK.)
