Will The refurb be complete by December 2021 as i would like a new room but would prefer to use less points and get a standard.

It should be. The target end date is the Summer, and things seem to be going well, with the last permits filed, so you should be good for the end of the year.

I’m counting on it. They are moving pretty quickly now that they worked out everything with the contractor issues they had earlier. They basically only have the grandstand and carousel left to do now. Shouldn’t take 10 months.
