Same Day Fast Passes

Hi!

I have three fast passes for our day at Epcot.
I think it is unlikely that I will use the second and third fast pass but picked them up just in case.

When I am in the park that day and have already used my first fast pass. Do I have the option to cancel the second and third fast pass using my phone and pick up one fast pass for Hollywood Studios that I plan to visit later that same day?

Yes.

And the language you used is absolutely correct - you cannot modify existing, you must cancel what you have and book something new when switching the park. You can do this anytime after you tap in for your first FP.
