How crowded does it get on RunDisney weekends? Does it have a huge impact on crowd levels?

I would say maybe a crowd level 8? It does get pretty busy. Prepare for the penguin shuffle in the evenings. ( lots of people waking closely together

With this one being the first one in years, I would definitely prepare for crowds in that 8 range. Off the top of my head I recall the couple that we ran into over Labor Day weekends not being too crazy, but the last one we were at DL when it was happening was MLK weekend 2017 and that felt much busier but I looked it up and it was only 7/8 that weekend too. Which is busy, especially in the evenings.
