It is open now. People are getting in before rope drop (through the hub entrance).
Plan Disney Panel is worthless. You’d get just as relevant information from a WDW bus driver. Maybe better, actually.

That is exactly what they did for EMH before.
Everyone was held at the hub, and those staying onsite scanned their bands at the entry points to the lands that were open. Same for early ADRs.

The final answer in case anyone else is ever searching for it!
We arrived by car at the TTC early and were in the front of the line when they did opened security at 7:30am. Ferry over to the MK since the monorail wasn’t running yet.
There was already a crowd forming at the entrance to the MK but with 2 wheelchairs we were able to once again be at the front of a line for when they’d start letting everyone enter. The whole crowd started moving in at 8:00am. We went to the hub where they were holding all non-early entry people. Early Entry was sent to the right, Dining reservations were sent to the left.
