We are going to DW week of Thanksgiving. We want to RD FOP. Is it better to RD on EMH morning or regular morning?

I think they’ll be similar, but probably slightly better on EMH day because fewer people are willing to get up an hour earlier.

Please, understand that RD means being at the tapstiles at least one hour before park opening - preferably 90 mins because it’s Thanksgiving.

Just to clarify, I think this depends on if you have access to the EMH! If you do, I’d agree it would be slightly better on the EMH morning. But if you don’t, I would definitely avoid that day.
