AS Music has some availability for their family suites (3 queen beds) but most don’t seem to be eligible for the dis ount so are abkut $400 per night.
My DD12 is a sprawler. I hate sharing a bed with her. She prefers the “child size” pull down when avaialble. It is comfortable and cozy amd she gets exvited when she can use it.
Nope, the standard Swan rooms don’t have enough space for rollaways, both because they’re smaller than the Dolphin’s and because the queen beds take up more space.
Have you looked at getting 2 rooms at a value? None of those resorts you mentioned CSR, CBR, or POR will have roll-away beds. Could pack an air mattress??
I think it depends on how tall she is. If under 5’4”ish, the 5th sleepers in CBR, POR, etc. would work.
It is larger than this. It’s not quite a standard twin but somewhat close, 33 x 66.
What about considering two rooms that connect at one of the AllStars or Pop depending on your budget? Put your DW and one DD on one reservation and you and other DD on the other. That would give the option of 3-4 beds plus two bathrooms. I recently booked a one night 5th sleeper Woods View at POR off Priceline for $267 total to give you a baseline price.
We recently stayed at the YC with our family of 5. The room had 2 queens (I believe) and another small bed that converted from a couch, but wasn’t a pull-out couch. I would say it was comparable to a twin size bed. My youngest slept on it, but I laid down next to him and could have very comfortably slept on it myself. For reference, I’m 5’5" and about 125 lbs.
We stayed at the Swan a few years ago and had a suite with 2 queens and 1 queen pullout sofa that was surprisingly comfortable. This was when everything was just emerging from COVID so pricing was cheap. I dont know what that style of room rents for now.

Nothing is in our budget. Even if I was willing/able to stretch to $300 per night (which I am not).
That is OK. We will be happy with wherever we land. I just wanted to explore our options and see if there was anyway to stay at a Disney Resort and make it work. It would even be harder if I was bringing all 4 children!!!

I know you were trying to stay on-site in a WDW resort and earlier you mentioned Disney Springs.
Have you looked at the six hotels at Flamingo Crossing? You definitely need a car but just about all of them are in your price point and most have two queens with pull-out sofa. They are not incredibly easy and close to the parks.

They are all either Hilton or Mariott properties and you can get good deals going directly through the hotel websites.
PlanDisney didn’t even give you complete info? They listed 1 bedrooms but some studios (GFV, BWV, BR among others) have a pull down twin and two queen size beds. I am 5 ft 6 and have no issue sleeping on the pull down twin. A good rental deal could possibly get you under $300 a night. FW cabins are moderates. With a good discount the two queens and bunk beds (plus full kitchen) would also meet your needs?
Will they not allow you, if you call, to book two value rooms? With a connecting door that would be 4 queens and I have seen discounts below $140 (one last week was $114).
My apologies, very clearly I missed that part. If you’re considering offsite, there’s plenty of options under $200 and many of which include breakfast. However, most don’t offer what I would consider reliable transportation.

I am pretty sure I could call in connecting rooms at a Value. Its “on the table.”
I think you are correct that before Covid there were roll-aways. Just another service that Disney has done away with.
If you are flying the other possible considerations could be the additional costs of an off-site stay: possible higher cost to/from airport, rental car and parking fees(maybe) if not, loss of time with unreliable resort transportation and Uber/Lyft costs.
