Room requests more general?

I would like to make a general room request - like to close to lobby/transportation, upper floor, etc without specific building or room numbers? How do i do that on the touring plans app so they will automatically send it in 5 days ahead. Thank you!

Choose any room, delete all info when you configure the fax and just write in what you want.

You can select a room that meets your requests and request that - leave the main line alone as it is in assigner-speak.

Then in the box put your requests - preferably in your priority order.

You can do that through online check in but I would also create a room fax by following these directions and then delete the room numbers and add the text with your request.
