Wondering about the room request feature. We are traveling with our 30yo son and his 13yo nephew, staying at the Beach Club resort. We have requested a room with a daybed via our travel agent. Since the room request system doesn’t indicate if there is a daybed or not, I am hesitant to use this.
You don’t have to request a specific room, though you do have to start off like that. Pick any random room and there is a button that says something like ‘to request this room click here’. Then go into Configure Fax and delete the room number and other suggested similar rooms, and just write that you want a room with a daybed.
