Room requests at UOR

OK I understand that TP doesn’t have the same room finder system for UOR that it does for WDW, so we have to contact the hotels ourselves to make a request.

But do we have layouts of the hotels so we know what room to request?
(Specifically, I am looking for Portofino.)

Probably best to contact the hotel directly a week before your trip with a preferred wing
