If I am wanting to do the room request fax through Touring Plans, do I go ahead and start the check in process on MDE?

You can still check in online if you want to, but don’t make room requests there if you’re doing the fax.

Are the chances of getting the room I want better if I request the room through MDE or if I do the fax through TouringPlans?

On MDE it’s very general - near transportation, or upper floor etc. You have a much better chance with the fax.

If there is a request on the pre-populated MDE list that matches yours, you can always put that in. You just don’t want to contradict something.

Either way it is ONLY a request and there is no guarantee it will be available.
