Room Request for Poly DVC

When I do a room request for Poly DVC studio do I also send it to the agency I rented through so the owner can also put it in? Or just have TP do it? I have some specific building/facing/rooms I am wanting to try to get.

2nd questions how much should I or should I not put in the additional requests box for the room request? Thanks.

Have touring plans put it in. DVC has told owners that are not processing email room requests and the owner might not have luck calling.

I always note what is most important (I always say I am hoping for an upper floor because I love balconies) and I always thank them.
