Quick question…we have a preferred room reservation at POP. When reviewing the rooms I would like a 4th floor with a view of the bridge to AoA which is a standard room. Do you think that is a problem? Our room res was done through a friend who is a CM so we have the friends & family discount so the cost for us from prefer vs standard is minimal. I was hoping that keeping a preferred res and requesting a standard would help ensure my request?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thx

I think it might depend on the time of year you visit. If it’s busy and they are full you may not have much luck with the request. Perhaps note your requests online checkin and do the TP fax request. You could also ask when you get there. If you don’t mind waiting, they will probably accommodate you. Good luck!
