I brought this up last night to DH to discuss staying a night off property before official check-in.
He mentioned that though he understood for our cash rooms, he thought the DVC ones wouldn’t be affected much because there are so many other factors (he’s really good at seeing the big picture, often things I miss in my doggedness determination…but I’m not seeing this particular point) such as generally longer lengths of stay, mixed-use points, etc.
So I think the first leg of our stay we’ll just try to get an earlyish flight and not worry too much about it. Switching to the cash room, he did say we should try to check in first thing in the AM.
