For some reason its not letting me select options on MDE for room location requests. Does this matter if I’m going to let touring plans request my room location for me or should I still use MDE to select room locations as well?
It has been blank for me too. I do not know if that is by design or another example of how bad the Disney website is. I am doing TP requests for everything.

I was able to select the other day I went back in to personalise our magic bands and realised it was blank and couldn’t select anything was weird. I’ve filled out a TP request sounds like its a much better option and I’ve heard people generally get close to what they request thru TP.

I have the same issue. I called yesterday and they weren’t able to help. I just got a “hmmm, that’s weird”.

sounds like they were super helpful, I’m going to try back in a couple of days see if its just a glitch in the site see if it fixes.
