According to Jerry Sydow from DVCStore, they had six contracts taken back under ROFR today.
Deals were for OKW, SSR and GFV.
Looks like business as usual, especially with the incentives for some of the older resorts.

What is ROFR?
Right of first refusal- when you make an offer for a resale contract Disney has the option of buying that contract for the exact same price (they then can sell the points for full price).
GFV is a great example. The resale price on that contract is very low ($139). If you want to buy direct it is $255?
