• It looks like they have been trying to call the last BG at 2 hours before park closing.
• BG being called at a rate of around 12 BG/hour
• BBG are being called at a rate of 14 BG/hour

Anyone know what’s going on with the ride today? We have BG 40, which wasn’t called until after 2 pm. We got in line around 3 and are still sitting in line at 4:30 because the ride has stopped again.

Could this have anything to do with them sending their best people out to Disneyland for the opening of that ride? Now all of the additional experts are out there helping with that opening?

Probably the worst day in recent memory! I count at least 6-7 hours of downtime.

My trip isn’t until early March, so it’s really great seeing all this data now. It makes me hopeful they’ll have all the kinks sorted out by time early March rolls around.

They are at the two-hour window for stopping BGs now and are only at 58. Someone is in trouble for today! They are going to have to give out a lot of 1-day tickets and FP+…they were suppose to get to at least 109.

Disneyland’s BGs are already higher than WDW (both parks are calling about 70) and they are 3 hours behind time-zone wise and opened at 8am vs 7am, giving about 4 extra operating hours. Yikes.

I added the Crowd Level to the horizontal axes and removed the park opening. Now park opening and Boarding Groups starting and basically the same thing now.

This is a holiday weekend. 1/17 poor performance has a trickle over affect. People were given FastPasses for 1/18, and Disney probably distributed less normal BG so 1/17 would not be repeated.

Can I ask about the CL figure? I just checked over in the TP crowd level calendar and it has a predicted 9 and an actual 10 for yesterday, whereas the table says 7? (It’s the only one I checked so others might have similar anomalies.)
