I am curious how rider swap works during EMH if there are no FPs. We would like to ride TT first thing as we plan to use FPs at HS later in the day. If the FP line isn’t open during EMH will they still have the line open for rider swap guests or will we have to wait to use it during normal operating hours? TIA😄
They might not issue rider switch passes during EMH only during normal hours. You might want to contact wdw to ask
