Does it bother anyone else that when you go to get a week or more reservation at Pop Century under the Spring Annual Pass discount or modify a existing reservation to reflect this new discount for more than a weeks stay that it shows no rooms available in any category I thought this would change today when the TA courtesy holds expired but know such luck. Same bull! No rooms available for Pop Century under the Spring Annual Passholder discount for stays a week or more. It’s almost like Disney penalizes Annual Passholders. Well, an AI on Google gave me the work around to get the Spring Annual Pass discount. I had to book in blocks of four nights or less to show there indeed were rooms available under each category under said discount. I was able to get the dates I wanted and the room type for the same time period though in blocks of 5 or less. I saved $365 getting this Spring Annual Passholder discount, instead of having to take the general public Spring discount. What a pain though having to get what I needed this way. I had to pay a deposit for each block which in my case was three deposits and now I must cancel my two week reservation and have Disney customer service combine the three blocks so I do not have to change rooms. Madding!

Yes, that is maddening! I have had trouble with availability under the room discounts in the past too. I’ve never heard of or tried this hack though. Nice to know. Thanks!

It is annoying, but…Disney offers discounts not to give guests a deal, but to fill their room, so limiting offerings in rooms they don’t have trouble filling makes sense in that regard.

I can understand that. Question is why hide two weeks’ worth of bookings under a discount showing no ability when the rooms are indeed available for that period. I got the same period but had to book it in blocks. I fail to see the logic.
If they can book the rooms at a lesser discount (or none at all) they make more money. That’s my guess.
