Does anyone know if the individual resorts plan any special activities for New Year’s Eve? Maybe something earlier and low key for the little ones?
We were at Pop for NYE (1/31/2015) - It was our arrival day and I had planned Animal Kingdom to stay away from the crowds. But it was such nice weather - we stayed at the resort and swam. They did have some New Years activities - games and such around the pool area. There were special character greetings there as well - we met Minnie in 50s clothing. I think there was a different decade every hour.
We actually went to be a little early but they were setting up for a NYE party from 10-12.
I am not sure if there is always planned activities or if they are published, but it was nice.
