[rescheduled] Eff you, cancer, I'm going to Disney World: A trip report

Day 1: Travel and Magic Kingdom

Oh hi! We, we rocked Magic Kingdom and bent it to our whims. It’s been a long day, but we’re both so satisfied.

Keep in mind that we didn’t really prioritize rides, and in a half-day still managed to do 7 great ones: Small World, 7 Dwarves Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Winnie the Pooh, Tron and Space Mountain. After WTP, we walked back to the hotel to relax a bit before going to Cinderella’s Royal Table. The experience of that dinner was pure magic, partially because the princesses are just excellent, but also the food was way better than expected, and we managed to get seated shortly before the fireworks started, and had a great table for viewing them. All in all a great first day, though we’re wiped the eff out now.

I think both Beth’s bounds were great (Jacque and Cinderella, post-bibbidy), and mine (Cinderella, pre-bibbidy) were totes adores, which I am assured it what the kids call it these days.

I’m too tired to write much more, we’re about to pass out, and tomorrow is Hollywood Studios (bounding as Marion and Indy)
