Anyone used Dollar rent-a-car at MCO using their express membership. Did they have a skip-the -counter there ? How was the service? Car ? Wait time to pick up car? Thanks!
Use Dollar quite often at MCO. Yes, if you have Dollar Express you skip the counter and go right to the parking garage. Service has always been fine, cars fine, no time at all to get car. I’ve booked them both directly through their website and also through carrentalsavers.com.

When do they charge your card? At the time of rental or at time of booking. Can you cancel for no charge? Thx!
No charge to credit card when using Dollar or carrentalsavers.com until you return the car. You can cancel up to 24 hours ahead of time. I cancel and rebook all the time with carrentalsavers.
