Remy single rider lane

Yay! I’m going on a solo trip in February. This was the one attraction I wanted to do that was going to need strategizing.

that’s great. It is a game changer at Radiator Springs Racers.

Know I might actually ride it again! My family doesn’t like the ride and I never want to make the time on soli trips.

Man I wish FEA had a single rider line.

I’ve not been on Remy

Mostly cuz there’s been little interest in our group

If we were near France, this might be a thing I’d do

I’ve only done FEA once but it was epic with one of my great granddaughters sitting in the front enthusiastically belting out the song.

She was in the moment.

I love FEA - I can’t believe you have only been on it once! I love when people sing - sometime you can get the whole boat to sing, but not usually.

The biggest problem with that ride is that one side has a lot of blank space but the other has more to see.

I’ve done Remy once. It made me and Ryan nauseous and Maggie didn’t like the 4D elements. If the lines weren’t always so long I would have ridden it more.

It made me sick the first time but each time since it’s had less of an impact. I still take half a less-drowsy Dramamine beforehand just as a precaution.

I don’t love 3D rides but I do enjoy the scents and other effects. It’s cute.

Great news! There’s a single rider line for Remy at DLP which was almost always a walk on during our visit - I think it’s because the seat configuration is 3 and 3 (so they have many potential spaces for single riders).

With Test Track having single rider (which hopefully won’t change when it reopens), Soarn occasionally using one, and now Remy - Getting FEA would fully eliminate the nead for LLMP for solo travelers on Epcot days

True point! I hope Disney is actually most worried about the long lines for the majority of the rides at EPCOT and not worried about solo LLMP.

I don’t know where they would put one, but it would be sweet.

I was on FEA on the big birthday bash in 2019

December 2020 was our next trip - was FEA operating?

June 2022 was our next trip - the benches 50th anniversary trip. World Showcase was not in the plan.

Followed by December 2023 and May 2024. Epcot didn’t figure in the December trip as much as AK and mostly only for Journey of Water and the big meet up. We didn’t even do HS at all.

May 2024 I thought we’d so World Showcase but the festival crowds put Kim off so we ate at Rose & Crown and left while the night time show was going on.

I’ve only been on FEA once and Remy too. Thought both were crap.

I doubt I’d like FEA nearly as well without that great granddaughter :wink:

I’ve found that one side of the FEA boat jas you looking at a ton of black walls. I was like “why do I like this ride? There is so much blank space”. And then I rode it again and must have been in the “good seat”.

Definitely a flaw of the ride. If they even put in lighting and art on those black walls it would be much better.

I love this.
I didn’t love Remy. I wouldn’t go again unless I was with someone who had never ridden it.

I don’t hate FEA. And I like the queue. And I don’t usually have hoppers and there isn’t much to do at Epcot. So I’d probably ride it again. Maybe.

Paris removed the 3D. Not that it made me nauseous when I rode it at WDW, but I don’t like wearing the glasses.

I always choose a 2D version of a movie too.
