Really Frustrating First Booking Experience

I’m trying to, but they are requesting a new screenshot of the error message since my first one I had scrolled down too far and it didn’t show which room I was requesting. It’s impossible to get a new screenshot because there has been no 11 month availability for weeks. Ugh!!

I got it!!! I read somewhere else (Disboards maybe?) that someone was having a similar problem when using “Book a Vacation,” but when they used “Check Availability” they were able to book. So there was finally availability today and I used the “Check Availability” route and got it!! Now my long walk begins…
