Question Re: Moving from one WDW resort to another

Next trip we will be moving from All-Start Sports to Bay Lake Tower.

I know bell services will move our luggage from ASSports to BLT, but does anyone have experience with WDW hotel switching with medication that needs to be kept near room temperature (so not sitting outside in the heat for an extended period of time)? On check-out days in the past, BLT has put our backpack with the medicine in a room with a/c while we go to the parks for the day. We are driving to Epic the day of the switchover.

Should I drive to BLT and drop off the back-pack with bell services before we head over to Epic? Any alternative suggestions?

With that quirk, I would recommend driving it to BLT yourself. Can’t be sure instructions will be observed with a transfer.

They will not be responsible for moving anything that needs refrigerated. They will happily hold it for you in refrigeration at either resort, whichever is most convenient for you. You can move it with you when you’re ready
