I think the worst park of the reservations system is that the parks might be full by the time I go to make my ADR’s. So, if I want a hard-to-get ADR, I can now only get it on the day(s) of my matching reservations.

When he says consumer behavior is favorable, I don’t think he’s saying consumers find it favorable but rather the consumers are being forced to behave the way they want them to behave.
