Going in July and was hoping to do lunch/drinks at the sacred place and see some characters float by but worried it may be too hot to relax outside? Would I be better off eating inside somewhere/trying for a Tusker house res if they reopen in time? Thx!
There is indoor seating there too, but the best place to enjoy it is the patio.

Just had this conversation with a friend about my visit there in July. Said I would be arriving at open so as to get a seat on the rail. He asked if I really wanted to sit outside in July. Yes. That’s the best seat in the World. 
But the indoor seating is nice too.

That’s what my plan was but then I remembered it was July in FL & I have 2 kids + a sweaty husband 
maybe we will sit inside… sigh

It was really hot last week and I was totally comfortable on the patio. It’s in the shade and they have fans. I think the high ended up being about 91 or 92 the day I was there.

I find the patio very comfortable even in Florida heat. Part of the reason it’s so sacred
