As stated by someone else, I think this is one where there is a lot of TM discretion. The first time we went, DD7 was under the height limit but DS11 was over. She went three times in a row taking DS, DH and me - they gave her a Frequent Flyer button!. DS11 did not look 14 and they didn’t ask.

We hit that. First trip, I went with DD. Second trip, DH did. Third trip, we went with another family and DD’s friend is half giraffe, so she needed DD as her ticket to ride. DD refuses to go more than once a trip because of the line.
