I am updating my TP for HS today via the website. When I clicked “Activate Old Result”, (which I have used in the past), my configured LL’s disappeared. Am I doing something wrong, or does this happen with the software? Anyone else ever had this issue? Sadly, I did not keep a hard copy, and the LL’s disappeared from all of my previous versions. I recreated the plan, but honestly either I am tired, or the LL Configuration software has a bug in it today. LL’s keep disappearing on me, and I swear I am not deleting them! I am using Evaluate (as I always do), and the Plan (as recreated) looks fine now…
@Jeff_AZ suggested I could put an IT ticket in, but how does one do that?
For anyone interested, here is the reply I received on this issue today from Touring Plans:
“I’m sorry for the troubles. If you activate an old result, I expect that to overwrite everything (including LL times) that you have in the plan steps. There may be some cases (like where the current plan and the plan you’re re-activating are very similar) where LLs are retained. The name, date, summary, etc. should remain the same. Do you recall experiencing something else in the past? *

Again, I’m sorry that you lost the times of those LLs. Right now, the “re-activate old plan” functionality is not especially sophisticated, and we may be able to add better functionality to store (and restore) LL settings in the future.”
So, I am happy that I’m not crazy. Very pleased with the prompt reply!
