Post-water park, pre-HS restaurant suggestions

For our last day, we were going to spend some time at Typhoon Lagoon and then head to Hollywood Studios for the Star Wars fireworks. I was thinking about taking the bus back to another resort, eating there, and then bussing to HS for the fireworks.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Can I walk to HS from most of the Boardwalk hotels?

You can easily walk or take the boat. Be careful of the TL buses! This is what is posted at Poly:
