For those who stayed in a refurbished room and were not on the top floor how noisy is the new floor in the room above you (10 very noise and 1 not noisy at all)

Our neighbors above weren’t too noisy in the sense of loud TV/music, but we knew when they were using the bathroom. The walls aren’t too thick, so if they have a crying baby, or are yelling, you’d probably hear it.

I think the concern is the new flooring being noisy when people walk about.

I was on the first floor and couldn’t hear anything above me, but could hear toilets flushing next door. Not a big deal.
