Are Art of Animation pools open in February?
Yes, pools are open year round. If it gets too cold (below freezing, I think??) or there is a thunderstorm, they will close them.
Pools are also heated.

Use your own judgement there. As long as you think you will survive from the pool to your towel, go for it!
