We recently stayed at Beach Club. That place had inadequate food options, and needed TLC. No way Disney should charge those prices. We love the location and walk to Epcot, now close to Skyliner … but Disney does not earn those “deluxe rates.”
If Beach Club were picked up and move somewhere else on property, no way it would be considered “deluxe”
Took me a while to realize the thread was 9 months old. But since it’s here, any updates / known schedule on the refurb?
Would love to know this as well. Have a reservation for July 2021 and would like to know if we will have refurbished rooms or be there during the middle of a reno.
I tried googling for information and got the feeling they might’ve not started with any refurb. The OP did mention march as a possible time, so it’s likely it never started.
I suspect all refurbs are going to be on hold.
