Poly Bungalows

We decided as a family to go all-in and stay 2 nights at the Poly bungalows for my wife’s milestone birthday. Does anyone have tips around which bungalows are better and/or other things to know? It’s our first time and are hoping to make the most of it. Thanks.

Sorry, I haven’t any tips but I hope you have a fabulous time. Does your wife know about it?

She does. (The last time we were there she looked longingly at the bungalows and said “wouldn’t it be nice to stay there,” so we decided to make it happen, at least for the 2 nights we had enough points for…)

Here’s a Disboard thread with discussion on the bungalows that might have some relevant info for you!

Never stayed but remember reading in the guide you want to be as far away as possible from the boat passage cuz it honks its horn every time early Am to late Pm

I agree with @gingerSnaps543222 . I would use the touring plans room finder to find the numbers as far away from the boat path. I believe it is the TTC ferry horn that is the issue?

They look really cool but i cant believe how many points they are

You will LOVE the bungalow. We stayed there this year for marathon weekend. And DS12 is juiced to stay there again (once we save up points). We stayed near the middle of the bungalow row (don’t remember the number). Didn’t notice any strange noises (boat/TTC). Beautiful view of fireworks and light parade. So cozy; be sure to order groceries - good chance you’ll just want to stay put and not leave for even food!!
