Something clearly went wrong. I just have no understanding how TS3 is even an inkling of being in the running.

I was busy this past month so I forgot to announce the winner of this poll! Looks like Toy Story 3 came out on top! A worthy winner, IMO. The ending is especially great. Also appropriate because Toy Story won best Pixar film.
