Valid point. There’s a limit to what we can do. At this point I think there are these options to consider for future (email) requests:
For DVC Room Requests
You’re using your points - The email goes to DVC Member Services
You’re using someone else’s points - The email goes to whomever owns your points, who needs to pass it on to DVC Member Services.
For Cash Room Requests
You booked the room yourself - The email goes to Disney
You booked through a travel agency - The email goes to your travel agent, who should send it to Disney
You booked through a third-party site - We might not have a path here. I’ll mention it to the powers that be.
