Trying to attend Pixar Fest in March but the hotels are booked up for a food convention. Is it worth it to go? Crowds are supposed to be low but what about the people attending the convention?
I’m still planing my first DLR trip this year. In preparation I bought the Unofficial Guide to Disneyland 2020. The topic of conventions is covered in one of the chapters. Basically, they say those ppl are too busy being at their conventions to make a difference on CLs. You may notice a few ppl, but not the surge you fear.

Good point. I read the book for an October visit but skimmed over the convention part. Will review it again.

The other problem you’ll run in to in March is that it’s the beginning of spring break season. Here in Arizona it’s usually the 2nd or 3rd week of March, depending on the district, and a lot of us tend to head over then. You can still do a lot at the park with a good plan, just expect it to be busy.
