In an a la carte restaurant, can DS13 order a kid’s meal? Recovering from ARFID and palette is limited. Happy to pay more, just don’t want to make an issue at table as it would be upsetting.

We were a week at WDW in June 2022 with a 16 yo. For a variety of reasons mostly the same thing is eaten daily.
Luckily this is staple of most table service child menus. We had a table service meal every day, in park restaurants and at resort restaurants.
At no time did a server comment on the selection being off the children’s menu.
For most of the week I ordered an appetizer as c an entree.
I felt there was a recognition that not everyone wants a lot to eat.
