Been on hold with Disney photopass help for over 30 mins. Hoping someone on here might have some guidance. I am trying to download my photopass pics. I finished my edits and did “download all.” Here are my questions
*I got 3 sets of 30 downloads-are these duplicates, or are there really 90 different zip files?
*When I go to the compressed file after I download it to my computer it shows me a mountain icon (JPEG?) instead of the photo (after I change view to icons)
*Are these mountain icon files compatible with snapfish, shutterfly, etc?
Did you uncompress one of the zip files and see if you could open the file?
