My brother in law purchased yesterday. Today they are asking him for a photo ID. I just want to make sure that is legitimate. They did not ask me for one.
I just answered on chat. I had an issue where I made a mistake on my credit card zip code. They emailed me asking for an ID or to call. They ended up calling me and fixing it on a Sunday. They were great!

Thank you! I told my brother in law to call them and it was exactly that issue. Error in zip code 
liners are all knowing!
