Hello,
First time using the personalized plan maker. In it I have inserted a stop at Diagon Alley at USF. I have also inserted the early entry hour as that will be available to me. I will be entering at the main gate and although i have rides picked that are closer to the main entry I’m wondering why the optimization feature has me walking past all of them and to Diagon Alley as my first stop. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum! Those rides won’t be open during early entry.
During early entry, it’s mainly the HP areas that are open. The minions ride is usually open too at US.
Here’s the list of attractions open for EE and which park.

Those lists are pretty limited. That changes the worth of EE in my mind.
EE is awesome for getting a ride on the headliner’s first thing with no wait. Then you can hit other rides when the park opens, still with minimal waits.
It’s even more awesome at VB.
It’s hard to get everything done in the morning at IOA, USF it’s little easier.
