Today I tried to payoff some of my Disney resort bill with Disney gift cards in my Disney wallet. I came across a big problem. No last four numbers on each card account, just ****. So, while trying to pay via phone on my resort balance, she kept asking for my gift card acct.#. I gave her the number of 12 digits plus the four ****. No she had to have those last numbers, so I asked her how I was to get them. She did not know. She sent me to Gift card customer service. I told them my dilemma and asked him how I got the last four digits of the acct.# to show. Now two of the wallet cards were easy as they were physical cards with the last four numbers shown. Two other cards were not and were only digital cards in my wallet with the last four numbers being ****. This guy kept asking me if I seen a bar code somewhere on these digital cards and I said no. I asked him again how I could get the last **** to show but he did not know. I had to go back to the purchase email from Sam’s club that showed cards purchased and select a email card that showed the code for one of four cards purchased. Low and behold the first email card showed the whole acct.# and it matched a card in my wallet so I had that full number. The other card however had the same problem with no corresponding Sam’s club purchase card. I was able to provide that digital card plus one physical card for payment of my resort bill. Now I was stumped on what to do but stumbled on the answer by accident. On my phone app. wallet I brought up my cards. On each card is said, (Manage). Because I remember this was the way I could transfer funds to another card. This brought up information on the card but no transfer capability. However this information contained the missing bar code and a little word (Show or Hide). There lies my **** answer. Pressing show brought up the last four digits of that digital card number. Go figure! Even Gift card customer service couldn’t tell me how to do this to obtain the code. Problem solved. Now the transfer of funds from one card to another I found out I can only do this on the Disney Gift Card website. Why am I presenting this dilemma? I am hoping this will help someone going through the same bull I went through to pay off some of my resort bill. I also found out the last four digits of the acct.# are not needed when making purchase with your wallet gift cards. Why buy theses Email Gift Card threw Sam’s club? Because you save 5% on each $200 digital gift card you purchase. Limit of four, so that’s a $40 savings. I was able to do this three different times so in total I saved $160.
This is the same with target. I keep an email folder for target gift cards. I try to keep as few as possible so I consolidate on disneygiftcards.com. it’s a PITB.
To clarify- the MDE wallet or your phone’s Google/Apple wallet?

I unfortunately discovered that you can’t use more than one gift card per transaction online, or even over the phone! I planned to pay for multi-day tickets for 5 people with multiple gcs. I ended up having to pay for each ticket separately and play the ‘combine gift cards’ game in between to use the cards I had already purchased. I saw online that if you call, they’ll let you pay with multiple gcs. The CM I got asked her supervisor, and apparently there’s no way to do that anymore. I am really surprised they made it so hard to give them my money. I suspect it was implemented because of gc fraud, but why punish us for that? This can’t be the right solution to that problem.
You should be able to. That’s crazy that they changed it!
I didn’t think there was so much GF fraud for it to be a problem.
For me I had no choice but to pay over the phone as I purchase Room Only which can not be paid for on-line payments.
