Will a Disney resort allow for a delivery from Party City? Specifically the number balloons?

but I can tell you no balloons are allowed at all at AKL
That’s okay about AK. Just realized that we get the number balloons every year so I would like to still do that even at Disney and Ideally get some photos around the hotel we are staying at.
