Will I be able to park two SUVs at one of the tent only spots?
Yes - particularly is you are using a tent. We had plenty of room for our tiny trailer and our suv with room to spare.

They also have extra parking at the front if you have a dining fly or anything else that takes extra space and just don’t want to keep both cars there.
