I will be renting points from a friend who is a member and will be booking for me. Will I have to pay the parking fees, or are they waived because a member is doing the booking? A second question - if I plan on using valet parking, how does this work?
You won’t have to pay parking fees.

I think valet really depends on the resort. If you are staying at a DVC-only resort like SSR, where it is all spread out, there would be no need for valet. You park right by your room. Somewhere like AKL or Boardwalk, there would be valet at the main entrance.
