I’m having. Couple of things delivered from Amazon and Photojojo. We are due to arrive next sat. The stuff may arrive before me. Do I need to let the resort know and how can I go about this? TIA.

We send a UPS package every time. Find out from the resort exactly where the package needs to go. Some places (POP) let you address it to the front desk. BWV requires it to go to the convention center, usually accessable only during weekdays.
So, call the resort and ask them how the package should be addressed. We always include our name on the package & our check in date.
