Packing/Flying with Minnie Ear Hats

Help! I am heading to Orlando at 3 AM and just realized I have no logical way to “pack” my Minnie Ear Hat without possibly damaging the ears… we don’t want floppy ears… Any suggestions, aside from wearing them the entire plane ride (6+ hours)?

For reference, these are the exact ears I bought (it wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo):

How were they shipped to you? I’d put that in my luggage and pack accordingly.

I decided to just wear the hat on the plane. Safest option.

I didn’t keep the box it came in, plus it was a square box and would have been hard to pack in my carry on or personal item. Thanks for the suggestion!
