The WDWNT article says that Otter Grotto is on DI and that the “entrance is near Pizzafari.” Disney’s map doesn’t give the location of Otter Grotto (maybe because it was closed for a year).
I am guessing that the grotto is around the area circled in red below.

Which makes sense because the last couple of times we were there there were construction walls up on that precise location.

I was going to say the same thing. We sat on the benches on the other path in front of Pizzafari looking at those walls for some time, last trip.

If they turn out to be Asian otters you better add a few more minutes. The mist addictive of the species in my experience!
